(10 days - 9 nights) Cairo - St. Catherine - Nuweiba
Day 1
You will be met and assisted at Cairo International Airport and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2
Trip in an air-conditioned vehicle to the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos, then the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses a vast collection of magnificent pharaonic artifacts. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3
Travel by 4x4 safari car to Sinai. Enjoy an excursion to Moses Springs where Moses is said to have changed a bitter spring into sweet drinking water. Camp overnight at Sarabit Al-Khadem, the site of the ancient turquoise mines.
Day 4
Climb the Sarabit mountain and see the romantic ruin of the Temple of the Goddess Hathor. Travel to St. Catherine's Monastery - stopping off to visit the scenic Sinai valley Wadi Mokatab on the way. Overnight at hotel near St.Catherine's.
Day 5
Early morning climb up Moses Mountain to see the sunrise, then visit the Monastery of St. Catherine nearby. Travel to the Red Sea beach resort Nuweiba. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 6
Enjoy an excursion to the beautiful colored canyon. Return to Nuweiba with its secluded golden beaches and mountain scenery. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 7
Free day to relax on the sandy beaches, swim or enjoy wonderful diving among the reefs. Overnight in Nuweiba.
Day 8
Return to Cairo and overnight.
Day 9
Tour to explore Islamic or Coptic Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 10
Breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for departure.
